We all want to present our best selves.
But have you ever been in the situation where you're not being heard in the meeting room? Or where you're caught off-guard by irrational behaviour. Or, where you wish you had said something differently?
It is possible to train ourselves to control our emotions and choose the appropriate words to express our meaning.
Lisa Moloney and Fiona Hayes from ThinkHackers will go through scenarios where words created the wrong reaction. Through a process of analysis they will strip back to the emotions employed to deliver the words. Using emotional tools, they will rebuild the scenario into a best case outcome, changing the words to mirror the emotion to be emoted, and the emotion to be evoked.
