Beyond the PMP - A look at Portfolio Management - Terence O'Donnell and Ciaran Lacey
Before the New Year resolutions have faded, some of you may have targeted a new PMI accreditation for 2016. Your PMI chapter is here to help you realise your goal. The chapter is very pleased to offer you the opportunity to learn from a highly accomplished professional, an acclaimed lecturer and education provider and the founding President of the PMI chapter in Ireland.
Terence O’Donnell has extensive experience in the Project Management field and is currently the Projects & Consulting Director with IT Alliance Group. He has an impressive track record in the education sphere, more recently as the Director of the Centre for Project Management, UL where he was also Director of the MBA Programme. He has developed and directed a range of programmes in Project Management.
Terence has turned his focus on the Portfolio Management accreditation - PfMP. He encourages the chapter members to look beyond the PMP and recognise the value in an accreditation such as the PfMP. His presentation looks at the graduation from PMP to PfMP and highlights the best practices in portfolio management.
An additional and exceptional bonus for the chapter members is a mentoring opportunity. Terence offers to coach a number of suitable candidates through the PfMP accreditation.
