BenefitsRealisation Workshop presented by Peter Glynne. Thursday 5th July 6:30pm - 8:30pm Hilton Hotel Dublin
BenefitsRealisation: Leading the Change This event is a practical workshop on 'Benefits Driven Change' and how to make a real difference to the delivery of projects and programmes. Benefits are the reason why Change is delivered yet too often projects are approached in isolation of benefits and viewed as a mechanistic post go-live tracking exercise. The event will also explore the wider aspects of benefits that often get overlooked on change programmes including alignment with strategy, operational performance management and forecasting/budgeting. In addition, there will be a case study exercise on mapping benefits for a future high profile Irish project. A great opportunity for a practical insight into Benefits Driven Change.
