We are delighted to announce the forthcoming PMI Ireland Chapter – Sustainability CoP Kick off webinar on Thursday 30th March at 1pm. The 2023 Annual PMI Ireland Conference, in association with EY, is just around the corner, and this year we are thrilled to announce that the event will be held at the prestigious RDS in Dublin on May 24th, 2023. The conference theme is "Powerskills: Unlocking Critical Behaviours Needed for the Future of Work," and we have lined up an impressive roster of keynote speakers, thought leaders, and industry experts to provide attendees with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive in today's rapidly changing business landscape.
Pulse of the Profession® is PMI’s annual thought leadership report, charting the latest trends and developments in Project Management with insight gathered from project professionals, senior executives, and leaders from a wide range of industries across the world. The 2023 report shows the value of Power Skills and the bigger part that they are playing in today’s business world.
It is with this backdrop that we have picked the theme for this years conference. As we all know, the world of work is undergoing a profound transformation, driven by technological innovation, globalisation, and shifting societal attitudes. To succeed in this new era, professionals must develop a set of core competencies or "powerskills" that go beyond technical expertise and encompass a range of behavioural traits and soft skills. These powerskills include communication, leadership, creativity, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and critical thinking, among others.
At the PMI Ireland Conference, you'll have the opportunity to explore these critical powerskills in depth, and learn how to develop them in yourself and your teams. You'll hear from keynote speakers who are on the cutting edge of research and innovation in this field, and who will share their insights and strategies for unlocking the full potential of powerskills. You'll also have the chance to network with other professionals from across Ireland and beyond, and to exchange ideas, best practices, and practical tips.
So mark your calendars for May 24th and join us at the RDS in Dublin for an unforgettable day of learning, growth, and connection. Register now to secure your spot and take advantage of our early-bird pricing. We can't wait to see you there!
