'Artificial Intelligence - Future of Project Management' by Eoin Mulhall, PwC
'Artificial Intelligence vrs Emotional Intelligence: Why we need both' by John McGrath, TUDublin.
Advances in AI are shaping the future workplace by driving disruption in the way we work and competitive advantage across all sectors and occupations - including project management. However, AI is yet to be embraced by the PM community. This presentation is going to focus on practical ways AI can enhance project management and share some tips for organisations on where to start.
Eoin Mulhall is a Director in PwC’s advisory practice specialising in portfolio and programme management. Eoin has worked in project management for over 27 years with clients across many different sectors in Ireland, UK, Canada and India, including some of the largest and most complex projects at the time in those countries. Eoin specialises in providing clients sustainable business value via large-scale transformation delivery, programme recovery, portfolio management and programme assurance.
People are living longer but companies are dying at an alarming rate. AI and Data is transforming technology and changing how we live and work. We are moving from knowledge scarcity to knowledge abundance. We have never been so connected but people are so lonely. Where is the balance?

John has worked as a Project Management consultant for some of largest organisations in the world. His track record includes over 250 global companies, government agencies, state enterprises, Engineers Ireland, the United Nations, the London and Rio Paralympics and the World Bank.
John’s passion is in building project management competency within organisations. This usually starts with a PPM Maturity assessment, road map, handbook, SOP, template and process development and a series of training, coaching and consultancy engagements.
