His team’s focus is on shaping service offerings and delivery capabilities to meet evolving client needs and future growth plans. Neil has previously worked with companies like Datalex and Ericcson and is also a member of the PMI Board of Directors.
Jan has over 15 years’ experience in various Project and Program Management roles across Financial Services, Telecoms and Airline industries, with responsibility for building and leading delivery teams. As Head of Delivery in The Project Foundry, Jan builds capability and excellence for clients, ensuring successful delivery on all projects. He acts as the main oversight and governance mechanism and leads motivated and experienced Project Management and PMO teams that can reliably deliver for clients.
Niall is an experienced results-driven professional with over 10 years’ experience in Technology, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Logistics. His expertise includes enabling five global teams within a leading technology solutions firm, by developing a global PMO. At The Project Foundry, Niall is responsible for leading the PMO function and developing the PMO team to support the needs of clients. He is also focused on the future PMO landscape, market trends and insights and disruptive technologies, enabling the development of new IP and offerings.
