Peter is President of the Ireland Chapter and is a management consultant with KPMG with over 25 years of experience in managing complex change. He has been a Director of the Ireland Chapter since 2016 and has 20 years of experience leading different volunteer groups across project management professional bodies in Ireland and the UK. He holds a master's degree in project management and is fully qualified with the Chartered Governance Institute UK and Ireland.

Peter is the author of the book 'Benefits Led Change: Maximising Value' published by the Ireland Chapter in December 2022.  He has a passion for rugby.

Daniel Eagling is the Vice President for the Ireland Chapter of PMI. Daniel is certified PMP since 2019 and has over 13 years of extensive project management experience. With a background in Electrical Engineering and further studies in Project Management his experience ranges from Real Estate Development, Infrastructure, to large scale power utility projects, in both domestic and multi-national companies as well as semi-state organisations. He has a obtained this range of experience from around the world including Sydney, Australia, Vancouver Canada and now settling in Ireland. Bringing a comprehensive skill set encompassing project management, business analysis, and electrical engineering. He has a proven ability to navigate complex multi-million dollar projects, implement effective solutions, and drive teams toward success.

Daniel believes the PMI provides a solid foundation for Project Managers to come together and share collaboratively across any profession. Prior to this role, Daniel was the Director of National awards for the chapter.

Jackie Fagan is the Past President of the Ireland Chapter. Jackie has over 25 years experience in the Project management industry.

Jackie is is a certified PMP since 2000, and has a Diploma in Project Management.Her expertise spans across Project and Program management, Vendor management, Change management, Project recovery, Mentoring & Coaching, Teambuilding and setting up and running PMOs across multiple industries.

In the last couple of years Jackie has moved into the Project Management consultancy space providing expertise to clients on a contractual basis. Currently she is working in the Pharmaceutical industry with Alexion and prior to Covid 19 would have been travelling between Boston and Dublin on a regular basis.​

Sinéad is Managing Director at The Sustainable Way, a management consultancy of Project and Change Managers, helping organisations to deliver substantive and sustainable outcomes, while keeping people engaged and ensuring good governance.

Sinéad is a seasoned Portfolio, Programme and Project Manager, with over 20 years’ experience in delivering results for public, private and not-for-profit organisations. Most recently, Sinéad and her team created and operated a new Project Management Office (PMO) for a global food company and a third-level institution. She is a qualified management accountant (ACMA), and a certified Project and Change Management Practitioner.

Frank is a manager in PwC's Portfolio & Programme Management team. He has worked as a project manager for a number of years on both private and public sector projects in Ireland and the UK, having gained experience in industries including healthcare, transport, utilities and TMT. He has obtained accreditation from a range of Project Management bodies and his key focus is ensuring effective programme governance is implemented in all programmes he supports. He is also passionate about identifying effective solutions to complex problems. This will be Frank's third year serving on the PMI board as the Director of Administration. His primary responsibilities are focused on effective planning and management of the Chapter's board meetings. Prior to working as a project manager, Frank was a primary school teacher in East London.

Linda McDermott is the Finance Officer of the Ireland Chapter.

Linda has been working in the PMO environment for 15 years.  She has gained a vast array of experience while working across Telecoms, Energy, IT and Financial Services industries in both domestic and multi-national companies as well as semi-state organisations.  Linda’s current role as Senior PMO Consultant sees her working and running programme offices for large global programmes specializing in tracking and managing multi-million budgets. Linda believes in promoting the value that a strong PMO can bring to an organization and strives to embody this philosophy daily.

Lisa has spent the last 10 years working in DCU and has just finished her Senior Programme Manager role there. In addition, she owned and ran a successful business for 10 years, and also spent 10 years in the Life and Pensions industry working as an analyst programmer.
