Daniel Eagling is the President for the Ireland Chapter of PMI. Daniel is certified PMP since 2019 and has over 15 years of extensive project management experience. With a background in Electrical Engineering and further studies in Project Management his experience ranges from Real Estate Development, Infrastructure, to large scale power utility projects, in both domestic and multi-national companies as well as semi-state organisations. He has a obtained this range of experience from around the world including Sydney, Australia, Vancouver Canada and now settling in Ireland. Bringing a comprehensive skill set encompassing project management, business analysis, and electrical engineering. He has a proven ability to navigate complex multi-million dollar projects, implement effective solutions, and drive teams toward success.

Daniel believes the PMI provides a solid foundation for Project Managers to come together and share collaboratively across any profession. Prior to this role, Daniel was the Vice president and the Director of National awards for the chapter.

Mark Davenport is a highly motivated Project Manager with 30 years of extensive experience in utilities, IT, telecommunications, and construction sectors. He is a qualified engineer and holds a PMP® certification, is a PMO Certified Practitioner, and a Lean Sigma Black Belt. He has been a volunteer with the Ireland Chapter of the Project Management Institute for the last number of years, currently Vice President and previously Head of the PMO CoP, most recently leading the delivery of the PMI “single membership” initiative. Currently, he is a team lead with the Project Management team at ESB, focusing on strategic planning, risk management, and continuous improvement. Mark is known for his leadership skills, ability to manage high-value projects, and commitment to delivering sustainable solutions. Some of the projects include Battery Storage, Solar farms, Saorview Rollout, H&S Initiatives app & National Broadband Scheme.

Peter is the Past President of the Ireland Chapter and is a management consultant with over 25 years of experience in managing complex change. He has been a Director of the Ireland Chapter since 2016 and has 20 years of experience leading different volunteer groups across project management professional bodies in Ireland and the UK. He holds a master's degree in project management and is fully qualified with the Chartered Governance Institute UK and Ireland. Peter is also an Adjunct Teaching Fellow in Trinity College Business School on their MSc in Management.

He is the author of the book 'Benefits Led Change: Maximising Value' published by the Ireland Chapter in December 2022.  He has a passion for rugby.

Sinead Gallagher is a Project Management Consultant at Auxilion. Her expertise lies in delivering large-scale digitalisation projects that drive operational efficiency and successful project outcomes. In September 2024, she was honoured to be the first recipient in Ireland to receive the global PMI Rising Leader Award, recognising her contributions and leadership in the advancing the field of project management. Beyond her consulting role, she's served as the Director of Marketing and Communications for the Ireland Chapter of PMI, where she collaborates with industry leaders to promote and enhance project management practices across Ireland.

Marta Borkowska is an experienced project manager with 15 years of professional expertise spanning project delivery, recruitment, and operations. She currently works at EY, leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-stakeholder environments in a consulting context.

She holds a degree in European Studies and a Master's-level Diploma in Lean Management. Earlier in her career, Marta led a training function, where she designed and delivered high-quality learning programmes to professionals across various sectors.

Multilingual and internationally minded, Marta speaks Polish, Spanish, English and some French. She is an enthusiastic traveller and a passionate kitesurfer, always keen to explore new challenges both professionally and personally.

As Director of Finance for PMI Ireland, Marta supports the board with financial oversight and contributes to strategic planning and operational delivery.

Mariana Zanivan is a certified IT Project Manager with over 14 years of experience in the IT industry, including 8 years dedicated to project management. She holds certifications in PMP, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, along with an MBA in Project Management and a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainability Leadership. Mariana began her career as a developer, where she gained a strong technical foundation before transitioning to her passion for managing projects.

Throughout her career, Mariana has successfully delivered complex projects in both the public and private sectors, working with large organizations to achieve impactful and sustainable outcomes. A PMP since 2006, I spent around 25 years working as a project manager and team manager in the electronic engineering industry, working for companies such as AMD and Synopsys, typically on multi-site IC design projects of 10-15 people. In 2024, I decided to pursue a new career in environment / ecology / sustainability, hoping to make use of my transferable PM skills. I therefore enrolled in a 1-year MSc in Environmental Science in UCD, which I completed in 2025, and I have now taken on a new role as Consultant Water Scientist with AECOM. I also hold a BA in theoretical physics from Trinity College Dublin and a PhD in physics from the University of Cambridge.

In the last couple of years Jackie has moved into the Project Management consultancy space providing expertise to clients on a contractual basis. He currently serves as Portfolio Manager at Trinity College Dublin, where he oversees multi-million-euro capital programmes, ensuring strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence. In addition to his professional role, Carlos is the Director of Social Impact for the PMI Ireland Chapter, leading initiatives that apply project management expertise to drive positive change in areas such as environmental protection, emergency response, and community development.

Carlos is a certified Six Sigma professional with deep expertise in strategic portfolio management, PMO frameworks, and standards development through his long-standing involvement with ISA and PMI. Since 2021, she has complemented her background with Agile practices as a certified Scrum Master and Agile Leader.

Her work is grounded in supporting people to reach their potential, guided by a strong belief in mutual growth and collaborative success. Emma leads emagine’s Project Delivery practice, combining client delivery with capability development and thought leadership. He brings the same energy to PMI Ireland’s Enterprise Agility pillar to leverage the PMI-Agile Alliance relationship for the benefit of all PMI Ireland members. Prior to EY, Paul played leading roles in software product and services companies managing large programmes using waterfall, agile and hybrid delivery frameworks. Paul holds an MBA from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, an M.Sc. in Innovation Management & Postgraduate Diploma in Technology Management from TU Dublin, and a B.Sc. in Applied Physics from Dublin City University. He is a keen, but very average, runner and whitewater kayaker!
