Daniel Eagling is the President for the Ireland Chapter of PMI. Daniel is certified PMP since 2019 and has over 15 years of extensive project management experience. With a background in Electrical Engineering and further studies in Project Management his experience ranges from Real Estate Development, Infrastructure, to large scale power utility projects, in both domestic and multi-national companies as well as semi-state organisations. He has a obtained this range of experience from around the world including Sydney, Australia, Vancouver Canada and now settling in Ireland. Bringing a comprehensive skill set encompassing project management, business analysis, and electrical engineering. He has a proven ability to navigate complex multi-million dollar projects, implement effective solutions, and drive teams toward success.

Daniel believes the PMI provides a solid foundation for Project Managers to come together and share collaboratively across any profession. Prior to this role, Daniel was the Vice president and the Director of National awards for the chapter.

Mark Davenport is a highly motivated Project Manager with 30 years of extensive experience in utilities, IT, telecommunications, and construction sectors. He is a qualified engineer and holds a PMP® certification, is a PMO Certified Practitioner, and a Lean Sigma Black Belt. He has been a volunteer with the Ireland Chapter of the Project Management Institute for the last number of years, currently Vice President and previously Head of the PMO CoP, most recently leading the delivery of the PMI “single membership” initiative. Currently, he is a team lead with the Project Management team at ESB, focusing on strategic planning, risk management, and continuous improvement. Mark is known for his leadership skills, ability to manage high-value projects, and commitment to delivering sustainable solutions. Some of the projects include Battery Storage, Solar farms, Saorview Rollout, H&S Initiatives app & National Broadband Scheme.

Peter is the Past President of the Ireland Chapter and is a management consultant with over 25 years of experience in managing complex change. He has been a Director of the Ireland Chapter since 2016 and has 20 years of experience leading different volunteer groups across project management professional bodies in Ireland and the UK. He holds a master's degree in project management and is fully qualified with the Chartered Governance Institute UK and Ireland. Peter is also an Adjunct Teaching Fellow in Trinity College Business School on their MSc in Management.

He is the author of the book 'Benefits Led Change: Maximising Value' published by the Ireland Chapter in December 2022.  He has a passion for rugby.

Sinead Gallagher is a Project Management Consultant at Auxilion. Her expertise lies in delivering large-scale digitalisation projects that drive operational efficiency and successful project outcomes. In September 2024, she was honoured to be the first recipient in Ireland to receive the global PMI Rising Leader Award, recognising her contributions and leadership in the advancing the field of project management. Beyond her consulting role, she's served as the Director of Marketing and Communications for the Ireland Chapter of PMI, where she collaborates with industry leaders to promote and enhance project management practices across Ireland.

Marta Borkowska is an experienced project manager with 15 years of professional expertise spanning project delivery, recruitment, and operations. She currently works at EY, leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-stakeholder environments in a consulting context.

She holds a degree in European Studies and a Master's-level Diploma in Lean Management. Earlier in her career, Marta led a training function, where she designed and delivered high-quality learning programmes to professionals across various sectors.

Multilingual and internationally minded, Marta speaks Polish, Spanish, English and some French. She is an enthusiastic traveller and a passionate kitesurfer, always keen to explore new challenges both professionally and personally.

As Director of Finance for PMI Ireland, Marta supports the board with financial oversight and contributes to strategic planning and operational delivery.

Natalie is a project coordinator with experience in providing support to international education projects. A Washington DC native, she has worked in the U.S., Spain, and now Ireland. With a keen interest in digital marketing, specifically content creation, she helps the chapter engage with the public and increase awareness about the Ireland Chapter of PMI's initiatives.

Mariana Zanivan is a certified IT Project Manager with over 14 years of experience in the IT industry, including 8 years dedicated to project management. She holds certifications in PMP, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, along with an MBA in Project Management and a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainability Leadership. Mariana began her career as a developer, where she gained a strong technical foundation before transitioning to her passion for managing projects.

Throughout her career, Mariana has successfully delivered complex projects in both the public and private sectors, working with large organizations to achieve impactful and sustainable outcomes. Passionate about continuous learning, she has expanded her expertise in cloud platforms, sustainability, and IT processes, consistently applying new knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in project delivery.

With over 35 years of international experience, I have developed deep expertise in governance frameworks, strategic oversight, and enterprise-level project assurance. My career has been built on strengthening organisational effectiveness through robust decision-making structures, clear accountability pathways, and disciplined strategic planning.

My professional background includes governance and operational leadership roles across different industries. These roles have equipped me with hands-on experience managing complex stakeholder environments, ensuring compliance, enhancing performance, and driving large-scale transformation initiatives.

Passionate about building governance maturity within organisations—clarifying decision making, enabling risk-aware execution, and ensuring projects and programmes deliver measurable value.

My approach emphasises disciplined planning, rigorous oversight, and collaborative problem-solving to enable successful organisational and project outcomes.

Regardless of context, my goal is to serve as a trusted advisor and governance partner—ensuring that organisations and their people are equipped to achieve their objectives with confidence, integrity, and strategic foresight.

A PMP since 2006, I spent around 25 years working as a project manager and team manager in the electronic engineering industry, working for companies such as AMD and Synopsys, typically on multi-site IC design projects of 10-15 people. In 2024, I decided to pursue a new career in environment / ecology / sustainability, hoping to make use of my transferable PM skills. I therefore enrolled in a 1-year MSc in Environmental Science in UCD, which I completed in 2025, and I have now taken on a new role as Consultant Water Scientist with AECOM. I also hold a BA in theoretical physics from Trinity College Dublin and a PhD in physics from the University of Cambridge.

Ian is a PMP certified Senior Programme Delivery Lead and APMG Certified Change Manager with 20 years of experience driving strategic transformation,regulatory change, operational management and system integration acrossthe financial services industry. Ian is a career coach and has been a mentor in various mentoring programmes. In 2024, Ian was named PMI Ireland Project Professional of the Year and is the current Director of Sponsorship for PMI Ireland and is a Working Group Member for AML at Irish Funds. Ian holds a BA, MBA, and MSc, all completed part-time while in full-time employment.

His expertise spans operations, Programme, Project and Change Management, business analysis, and automation, with a strong focus on control, efficiency, and continuous improvement. A highly effective communicator and leader, Ian excels in stakeholder engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering impactful change. He is a passionate advocate for Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and Employee Engagement, actively contributing through ERG committees in his current and previous roles and demonstrated by winning D&I person of the year in BNY Mellon in 2019.

Ali is a seasoned project manager with over 15 years of expertise in civil engineering, project management, and IT transformation across public and private sectors. His passion for technology fuels his commitment to staying at the forefront of industry advancements.

Ali excels in leading diverse teams, managing intricate projects, and implementing project management best practices. Holding two MSc degrees, including the latest in Management (Business) from Dublin City University, he extends his proficiency to emerging technologies and diverse business domains.

Beyond his professional commitments, Ali actively contributes as a volunteer, showcasing dedication to excellence in both technical and leadership realms.

Currently, he serves as a consultant at Auxilion, specializing in project delivery and business process optimisation.

Jackie Fagan is the Past President of the Ireland Chapter. Jackie has over 25 years experience in the Project management industry.

Jackie is is a certified PMP since 2000, and has a Diploma in Project Management.Her expertise spans across Project and Program management, Vendor management, Change management, Project recovery, Mentoring & Coaching, Teambuilding and setting up and running PMOs across multiple industries.

In the last couple of years Jackie has moved into the Project Management consultancy space providing expertise to clients on a contractual basis. Currently she is working in the Pharmaceutical industry with Alexion and prior to Covid 19 would have been travelling between Boston and Dublin on a regular basis.​

Carlos Mandolesi is a passionate and strategic leader with over 30 years of experience in PMO leadership, digital transformation, and automation across higher education, engineering, and global non-profits.

He currently serves as Portfolio Manager at Trinity College Dublin, where he oversees multi-million-euro capital programmes, ensuring strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence. In addition to his professional role, Carlos is the Director of Social Impact for the PMI Ireland Chapter, leading initiatives that apply project management expertise to drive positive change in areas such as environmental protection, emergency response, and community development.

Carlos is a certified Six Sigma professional with deep expertise in strategic portfolio management, PMO frameworks, and standards development through his long-standing involvement with ISA and PMI. He believes in achieving impact through the right combination of innovation, process, technology—and most importantly—people.

Gabriela brings over 15 years of experience in the public and private sectors across multiple industries, working in audit, consulting, compliance, and PMO implementation. She earned her PMP certification in 2016 and expanded her skills in 2018 as a certified coach and NLP practitioner, later adding Change Management and Value Drivers certifications. Since 2021, she has complemented her background with Agile practices as a certified Scrum Master and Agile Leader.

Her work is grounded in supporting people to reach their potential, guided by a strong belief in mutual growth and collaborative success. She has volunteered with PMI since 2017, first in Argentina, where she led a Power Skills Community of Practice from 2020 to 2022, and since 2023 in Ireland, continuing her commitment to the project management community.

Sainath Vasantha is a senior project manager with a decade of experience leading complex technology and business transformation initiatives across diverse industries. As a Senior Manager at Deloitte Ireland, he oversees strategic digital projects across Europe and champions innovation and leadership within Deloitte’s Next Gen Council. Previously, Sainath held senior roles at Cairn Homes PLC and EY, delivering digital transformation and process automation programmes. Committed to professional growth and community support, he volunteers with the UCD Smurfit Global Leadership and PMI Mentoring programmes, helping to develop emerging leaders. Sainath is a strong advocate for delivery excellence, holding PMP and Professional Scrum Master certifications, Six Sigma Green and Yellow Belts, and master’s degrees in Strategic Management and Planning from UCD Smurfit.

Aradhika is a project management consultant with over seven years of intercultural experience delivering project and change initiatives across sectors including sustainability, technology, transport, and healthcare, in both the public and private sectors. Through her education and professional experience, she has developed a nuanced understanding of the social, cultural, and political contexts that shape projects and their implementation. Passionate about inclusion and diversity, Aradhika actively volunteers with I&D initiatives to help foster more inclusive and equitable environments.

Evan is a project management and development professional with experience across both the public and private sectors. He is currently working with the Development Team at the Land Development Agency, where he oversees the planning, design, and delivery of large-scale mixed-use property developments.

Previously, Evan worked as a Management Consulting Manager at PwC, where he led the delivery of complex transformation programmes across the public sector.

He brings a strong foundation in governance, stakeholder engagement, and programme delivery, combining strategic insight with a people centred and delivery-focused approach.

In his role as Director of Capital Projects, Evan aims to create a space for project professionals to grow, share insights, and develop their expertise through practical learning, collaboration, and the exchange of real-world experience.

Emma Daly is emagine’s Advisory & Training Director and a commercially focused project and programme management professional with over 20 years’ experience. She specialises in PMO, Project and Change Management, with deep expertise in project governance, assurance, and delivery maturity assessments. Emma is a qualified engineer and is PMP®, PMI-PMOC, PRINCE2, P3O and IPMA certified.
 
Emma leads emagine’s Project Delivery practice, combining client delivery with capability development and thought leadership. She has a strong track record in leading transformation initiatives and in establishing and maturing PMOs to improve delivery confidence, decision-making, and organisational performance. Emma has delivered PMO and Project Delivery maturity assessments for a wide range of organisations, providing clear strategic and practical recommendations to strengthen governance, capability, and outcomes.
 
In her role as Director of PMO with the Ireland Chapter of PMI, Emma is passionate about bringing the project management community together - drawing on her own experience across advisory and delivery to spark honest conversations about PMO best practice, emerging trends and the real challenges practitioners face every day.

Paul is a Consulting Director specialising in Agile Transformation and Programme Management. Passionate about the power of people networks, Paul led EY’s global agile community of practice for several years, bringing together practitioners from around the world to share insights, and develop best practice for agile project and product management. He brings the same energy to PMI Ireland’s Enterprise Agility pillar to leverage the PMI-Agile Alliance relationship for the benefit of all PMI Ireland members. Prior to EY, Paul played leading roles in software product and services companies managing large programmes using waterfall, agile and hybrid delivery frameworks. Paul holds an MBA from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, an M.Sc. in Innovation Management & Postgraduate Diploma in Technology Management from TU Dublin, and a B.Sc. in Applied Physics from Dublin City University. He is a keen, but very average, runner and whitewater kayaker!
