Project Delivery in a Remote Environment

This panel discussion, hosted by Gary Comiskey from EY, will discuss the challenges faced by leaders when a transformation programme is moved to or initiated in a remote delivery environment and how to transition this to an enduring delivery model.

Gary will introduce the expert panellists and lead them through a review of the challenges they faced and how they managed the transition to a remote delivery model.  He will end the discussion with a forward looking focus on the future of transformation programme delivery post vaccine.  How do the experts see the future of transformation programme delivery being shaped by the events of 2020?  

There will an opportunity for the audience to participate in the session through the mentimeter poll.
