Project Management: Insights from the field
Rachael Milne (PMP®, PMI-ACP®) is a project management trainer, PMI Authorised Training Partner and stand-up comedian with over 15 years’ experience in education and professional training.
Having lived and worked in both Dublin and Cork, Rachael has strong ties to Ireland, where she has helped professionals develop their project management skills and achieve internationally recognised certifications.
Known for her engaging and interactive delivery style, Rachael has always used humour, storytelling and real-world experiences to bring project management to life. But her passion for making people laugh extends well beyond the classroom.
In 2026, Rachael performed 18 shows at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, entertaining over 580 audience members with her one-woman comedy show, The Devil Wears Primark, which earned two four-star reviews.
Combining her professional expertise with her love of comedy, Rachael brings a unique perspective to the stage. She has discovered that stand-up comedy is just another project, with unpredictable risks, unmanageable stakeholders and absolutely no guarantee of delivering the expected benefits!
