Sean O'Reilly, PMO Director: Aerogen 

Sean is Director of the Project Management Office (PMO) at Aerogen, brings a wealth of experience in project management and strategic leadership. His role involves portfolio enablement, overseeing diverse projects, project prioritisation, strategising resource allocation, managing stakeholders, and mitigating risks to meet organisational goals coupled with supporting broader organisational initiatives outside his immediate remit. Linda McDermott, PMO Leader: Insurance Sector

Linda has gained a vast array of PMO experience working across the Telecoms, Energy, IT and Financial Services industries in both domestic, semi-state and multi-national companies over the last 17 years.  Her current role as Project Management Office Lead in the Insurance sector sees her working and running programme offices for large global programmes specializing in tracking and managing multi-million dollar budgets. Through adept resource management, risk mitigation strategies, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, she has consistently delivered projects on time and within budget, exceeding stakeholders' expectations. Linda is also Finance Director of the Ireland Chapter of PMI.

Mark Lysaght, PMO Leader: Transport & Other Sector

Mark has over 30 years experience as a PMO Director, Portfolio, Programme and Project Manager, IT Manager and Consultant. This includes spells at senior management level in Financial Services, IT Services, Consulting, Education and Transport. He has successfully delivered major programmes including business transformation, building construction and refurbishment, large-scale infrastructure upgrades, software systems and process improvement.
