Marie-Louise Marchall:

Marie-Louise is a Leadership and Organisational Consultant, she focuses on the need to transition to an emerging workplace based on valuing human contributions. For more than 20 years she was Head of IT and part of the Senior Leadership Team that grew the Servier Ireland Industries (Pharma Manufacturing), from 30 staff producing 18 million boxes to a site of almost 500 staff, producing 175 million boxes. She was promoted to a corporate role as Deputy Director, and for 6 years drove the Digital Transformation Program for the Industrial Division of Servier (13 factories in 11 countries).
