Through interactive challenges and reflective exercises, participants will strengthen their ability to lead with clarity, empathy, and strategic foresight.

Whether you're an emerging leader or a seasoned executive, The Leadership Game offers a transformative experience that prepares you to lead not just today, but into the future.  

Marie-Louise, our Director of Future, will facilitate the workshop. She brings a wealth of experience from both the banking and pharmaceutical industries. Her career began at AIB, where she joined the newly established Computer Department and gained broad exposure to IT operations. Transitioning to the pharmaceutical sector, she served as Head of IT at Servier Ireland Industries before being promoted to a corporate role as Deputy Director for Digital Transformation within the Industry Division. In 2023, she founded Hu-Me, an enterprise dedicated to leadership and organisational development. Through workshops, coaching, and mentoring, Hu-Me focuses on cultivating human-centred leadership in an increasingly digital world.
