Design Thinking for Project Success
Join us for an interactive session, where project management professionals will be introduced to the principles of design thinking. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with peers through practical activities, explore creative approaches to problem-solving, and begin to link sustainability concepts like waste and circularity with design and project management practice.
The session will be led by Laura McDermott, Founder and CEO of Colectivo. Laura is an award-winning sustainability and innovation leader, named a Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise by the European Commission-supported Euclid Network and an Under 35 Changemaker at the 2024 PMI Awards. With over a decade of experience designing transformative projects across Europe and Latin America, Laura specialises in helping organisations integrate sustainability and behavioural design into their strategies, combining creativity with practical project impact.
