Lenka Pincot – Chief of Staff to the CEO, PMI
Lenka is a distinguished global executive and PMI’s representative on the Agile Alliance Board of Directors. At PMI, she leads the Transformation Management Office, Enterprise Program Management Office, CEO & Board Communications, and Thought Leadership teams. Her work plays a pivotal role in driving strategic change, shaping innovation, and fostering excellence across the organization. She will deliver the keynote presentation on how enterprise agility can accelerate business performance, resilience, and sustainable growth.

Expert Agile Panel:

Ciarán Hope
A customer-focused leader with extensive experience managing and delivering operations for both B2B and B2C organisations. Ciarán has a proven track record in strategy design and implementation, with a strong focus on driving excellence in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Aideen Cardiff
A highly experienced director and business leader with over 30 years in the technology and consulting industry, including senior roles at HP, IBM, and Microsoft. She currently serves as Chair of the Board at Work Equal, Board Member at St. James’s Hospital, and Council Member & Coach at the Irish Management Institute. Her expertise spans business strategy, digital transformation, commercial growth, and sustainability. Aideen is also a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, and was named among the Top 30 Most Influential Female Channel Leaders in Europe (CRN, 2020).

Paul McConnon
Agile Transformation Leader and Ireland Chapter of PMI Board Member. Paul is a Director in Consulting (Transformation Delivery), leading an Agile Delivery and Product Management team and supporting clients with Agile Transformation, Digital Product Management, and Programme Management. A DEI champion, he also serves as a volunteer Director with the Ireland Chapter of PMI, leading the Agile Working Group. Paul holds an MBA from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, an M.Sc. in Innovation Management, and multiple other qualifications in technology and applied physics.
