This session will explore how project managers can move from sustainability strategy to action. The session will also have a fireside chat with Project Managers that are working directly on sustainability related projects. The speakers will discuss practical examples and outline the common pitfalls and success metrics of their sustainability project.

Kevork Arslanian, Global Sustainability, Senior Manager at EY

Kevork is a Director in EY with over 15 years of experience in Consulting and Assurance in Americas, EMEIA and UK&I regions. Kevork focuses on Sustainability and Finance with emphasis on strategy, assessment and transformation of the operating model. This includes governance, policies/processes, ESG/CSRD Reporting, data/controls and digital enablers

James Archer, Senior Manager at EY

James has 9 years’ experience delivering transformation programmes across energy, life sciences, and telecom sectors. He specialises in sustainability-led change, having designed and implemented ESG reporting solutions for major utilities clients, including readiness for CSRD compliance. James combines deep expertise in business analysis, project management process improvement, and stakeholder engagement to deliver future-state solutions across regulated environments. His work spans CRM and billing system implementations, PMO mobilisation, and digital transformation initiatives.

Shane Doyle, ESG Project Manager

Shane Doyle is an ESG Project Manager with H&MV Engineering, where he leads the development of ESG data systems and the implementation of Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability in collaboration with EY. With a background spanning project management, planning, and operations across engineering, construction, and medical technology, Shane has overseen large-scale projects in both Ireland and the Middle East. He is passionate about driving sustainable transformation through structured project governance, data transparency, and practical innovation.
