Future Ready Projects: A Sustainability Workshop
We invite you to take part in an interactive workshop designed to explore how sustainability principles can be integrated into project management practices.
During this session, participants will be introduced to the GPM P5 Lens: Product, Process, People, Planet, and Prosperity, and learn how to apply its key principles to broaden project decision-making and embed sustainability considerations into project planning and delivery.
What you will learn:
- Identify sustainability impacts across the project and product life cycles.
- Apply the P5 framework to broaden project decision-making.
- Evaluate the significance of positive and negative impacts.
- Design proportionate responses and assess their residual impact.
- Translate sustainability analysis into practical project actions.
