Join this interactive workshop for an introduction to the Manifesto for Enterprise Agility and explore how organisations can develop the adaptability needed to succeed in a rapidly changing environment. A PMI will share insights on Enterprise Agility and its relevance for modern organisations.

This workshop provides an opportunity to reflect on current organisational challenges, exchange experiences with peers and identify practical ways to apply agility principles within project, programme and PMO environments.

Participants will:

• Gain an understanding of the key challenges and opportunities described in the Manifesto for Enterprise Agility. ​
  
• Explore how Enterprise Agility principles apply to project, programme and PMO environments.​
• Learn from peers about real-world barriers to organisational agility.​
  
• Leave with at least one practical action they can apply within their own organisation in the next 30 days.

Every participant leaves with one concrete change they can trial immediately to improve agility, decision-making or value delivery.​​
