About the speaker:
Lucila Dotto is Global Head of Sustainability at the Project Management Institute and Executive Director of the PMI–Green Project Management (GPM) joint venture. An organizational psychologist with more than 15 years of experience, she has supported major transformation programmes and led KPMG’s global Purpose Reinvigoration Journey. Her work helps leaders connect performance with human value, approaching sustainability as a mindset that drives innovation, accountability, and long-term impact.
