Location: Trinity City Hotel, Pearse St, Dublin Ireland Chapter PMI long-time sponsor Aspira is running a free-to-attend lunchtime PM event on the theme of transformation, both Personal and Digital for members of the Ireland Chapter. Genuine transformation is not a quick-fix. It requires dedication, planning and the ability to cope with setbacks. Rob Cullen from Dublin Chamber has been through such a personal transformation. His conscious commitment to change has delivered both dramatic weight loss and lifestyle change. At our Lunch & Learn event on Thurs June 27th in Trinity City Hotel on Pearse St, Rob will first share his story of personal transformation, and then President of the Ireland Chapter PMI Pat Lucey will then interview him – with audience participation! The Q&A will explore how the steps involved in personal transformation mirror those required for an organization to transform, learning the many lessons that can be applied by organizations as they seek to become more agile and lean (pun intended!). Lunch served from 12:30, the speaking slot starts at 1pm, and all will be wrapped up before 2pm. Pat Lucey will stick around afterwards to chat with Chapter members who have any ideas or feedback to share. Please register for the event below.
