How to launch your Digitalization Strategy

Accelerated by the Covid pandemic, the inefficiency, delays and risks arising from relying on document-based business processes have come sharply into focus. Only by migrating to digitalized processes can any organization hope to remain competitive or even in business. When done effectively, digitalization brings other benefits, such as management of the knowledge contained in the processes and independence of location for many functions.

The systematic introduction or expansion of digitalization in a business is best handled as a project. As such it suffers from the usual challenges of projects which do not arise from a business contract to deliver a product or service, i.e. it is very challenging to get the consensus across the business to establish the project charter. Simply digitalizing the existing processes may not be the best approach.

This webinar considers this scenario, with particular reference to the requirements, constraints and assumptions which are specific to Digitalization.
