Location: AIB, 10 Molesworth Street, Dublin 2 Doors open at 5.30. Registration and light refreshments until 6.30. Agenda commences at 6.30 and finishes at 8pm On October 23rd, AIB and EY will host a PMI event covering AIB’s journey to build an enterprise change and PM practice in the organisation. This will include insights from EY on what an enterprise PM practice should comprise of and the transformational journey that AIB has been on to build its enterprise PM Practice today. We will hear from Michelle Claffey from EY who will talk about how she applies her project management skills on the rugby pitch as both a Leinster and Irish Rugby International. Finally we will get insights in to how AIB managed and delivered its recent property programme. This was the largest corporate property programme in Ireland and involved a major capital programme, change to ways of working and introduction of new modern workplace technologies. Agenda 1.
