Agile has been with us from the end of 1990s, so the days of its reckless youth are well behind it. Due to its apparent self-declared stance towards regulation, its application in heavily regulated environments seemed doubtful at least at the beginning. But let us look behind the red flag that is Agile Manifesto.
Has Agile practice, as well as understanding of it, matured to make its distinct mark in highly regulated environment?
What are the benefits agile practice can bring to such environments?
What are the possible drawbacks of using it in traditionally waterfall spaces, in highly regulated ones in particular?
