Lean and Agile are terms that are well understood when we think about software development but when you scale teams and programs, the need to bring Lean practices and methodologies to the core of your organisation is key.

We are seeing Lean Program Management become more and more important and act as a translation layer to take that way of working from the teams on the ground to our executive teams.
