Dr Joe Peppard & Terence O'Donell are returning to a topic that they have been researching on and off for the past 18 months. PMOs and their associated services have been positioned against a variety of frameworks and maturity models, with Supply and Demand being two reference points that consistently surface. Based on the research of several award winning PMOs in Ireland , they have come up with a revised perspective on the topic, which they will share at this PMO Community of Practice event.
